Description of problem:
A number of extra properties files are being installed.  Tested this using Build 24 of the ER7 installer.  The following properties files are not needed and should not be installed:

ErraiApp.properties
ErraiService.properties
overlord-idp-roles.properties
overlord-idp-users.properties


The following properties files are also *probably* not needed, but I'm not 100% certain on these:

log4j.properties
roles.properties
users.properties

Fixed by d24fd71c38087976f207580df4fa9d7ecb1c78f3 in top level assembly.
