Description of problem:
As the use of subscription-manager increases and will be required on rhel7, troubleshooting a bug is increasingly difficult and often depends on system facts, available subscriptions, entitlement versions, the capabilities of the candlpin server, etcetera...

It would be very helpful to have a new tool that dumps the state of the system and can be attached as a zip file to an opened bug.  The dump would contain the data needed to answer any of the questions that a developer might ask to help troubleshoot the bug.

VERIFIED: The new rhsm-debug tool has been implemented and is now functional with the options presented in the help statements above.  Further issues will be opened under separate bugzillas.
