Would be nice to be able to specify already existing service in another service.

The example are existing ipp & ipp-client services.
(better names would be cups & cups-client BTW)

CUPS dropped its own 'Browsing protocol' in version 1.6 in favour of mDNS/DNS-SD.

which means that ipp & ipp-client (or better cups & cups-client) should also allow either the 5353/udp port or better the mdns service.

On Fedora this doesn't matter much, because mdns service is allowed by default
