Description of problem:

When planning testing on a system with KVM FV support, the following message appears after test planning:

package virt-install, is not installed
package qemu-kvm, is not installed
qemu-kvm-tools-1.5.3-19.el7.x86_64
The following packages are required for testing:
xorg-x11-apps, kabi-whitelists, dvd+rw-tools, virt-install, qemu-kvm, qemu-kvm-tools
Would you like to re-try installing the missing packages? (y|n) 

The message appears even when virt-install, qemu-kvm, and qemu-kvm-tools are installed.
