Description of problem:
The data in the tables on the Resource Usage panel is wrong, and will likely mislead and confuse users. The decision was taken upstream to remove the tables for now and only keep the graphs, until the data of interest can be represented meaningfully.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as admin
2. Go to Admin -> Resource Usage panel

Marking as not requiring doc text because this is the first time this feature is available, therefore the user shouldn't be aware that during development there used to be data tables available.

verified: only the graphs exist in the Admin-> resource usage page
