Description Robert Scheck 2013-12-05 20:38:47 UTC
Description of problem:
Please build latest libXNVCtrl for EPEL 6, because it is a build and run-time
dependency of gnome-applet-sensors. Just rebuilding libXNVCtrl-169.12-9.fc20
seems to be sufficient.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libXNVCtrl-169.12-9.fc20

Actual results:
No libXNVCtrl in EPEL 6

Expected results:
libXNVCtrl-169.12-1.el6 or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package.

Comment 1 Adam Jackson 2014-11-18 16:40:20 UTC
I don't own anything in EPEL.

Comment 2 Jaroslav Reznik 2015-03-03 15:18:33 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

More information and reason for this action is here:

Comment 3 Fedora End Of Life 2016-07-19 19:28:00 UTC
Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this
bug.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.

Comment 4 Wolfgang Ulbrich 2016-07-20 13:02:18 UTC
I build only for epel7 as i don't use epel6 and i can test nothing.
But if you're a fedora packager i can give acls for epel6 as package admin.

Yes, I am - and did the branching request for EPEL 6 now. Thanks :)
