Description of problem:
Several users installed BPM Suite and saw unknown characters in the slider arrows show up rather than the arrows.

BPMS 6.0.0.ER5

How reproducible:
Somewhat - seems computer dependent

Environment:
Mac OSX Mavericks
Google Chrome version 31.0.1650.57
Firefox version 25.0.1

Not sure yet if this is a definitive fix, but now splash screens are using proper entity name, instead of possible invalid characters:

Verified on BRMS 6.0.0.CR1.

The problem appeared again, when standalone server runs on one on these OS:

Windows 7,
Windows 8,
or Mac OSX.

In these cases, application displays incorrect characters in any browser of any OS in these sections:

Authoring -> Project Authoring
Authoring -> Artifact repository
Authoring -> Administration
and Dashboards -> Process & Task Dashboard.

BRMS 6.0.0.CR2.

This no longer has a target release of 6.0.0.

Tested on BRMS 6.0.1.ER1 and there is still the same problem.
