Description of problem:
When building documentation for python-theano with pydot, I get this error message:

Couldn't import dot_parser, loading of dot files will not be possible.

This is apparently due to an update from pyparsing 1.x to pyparsing 2.x.  Here is the upstream report:

There is a patch in comment 9.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build python-theano
2. Look at the documentation build output

Actual results:
An error is produced.

No errors.

pydot-1.0.28-5.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Package pydot-1.0.28-5.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing pydot-1.0.28-5.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
