Description of problem:
Create an issue and go to status page to check it. The format of issue is shown in disorder.  Resolve the issue and see it on status page again. The format of issue is also shown in disorder. Detail can be found in attachment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an issue
2. Go to status page and check issue
3. Resolve the issue and check it on status page

Actual results:
2.3. The format of issue is shown in disorder.

The issue on status should be shown properly.

I'm not seeing the formatting issues in production or in my devenv from the latest code in master.

This issue is occurring on STG, devenv-stage_604, devenv_4118 with Firefox25, Chrome31, Safari7, IE9 and IE10, also on iPad, iPhone4S.
While on INT and PROD, this issuec doesn't occur.
