Description Casper Berris 2013-12-09 08:00:46 UTC
Description of problem:
Wordpress 3.6.1 won't install from EPEL.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
wordpress-3.6.1-1.el6.noarch.rpm (EPEL)

How reproducible:
wordpress 3.6.1 won't install because of missing dependencies.

$ rpm -qpi --requires wordpress-3.6.1-1.el6.noarch.rpm
gives a long list of dependencies, a few of them are not available in the el6 EPEL.

php-enchant
php-mbstring
php-posix

As of rhel-6.4 all those php sub-modules are provided by base os. This bug can safely be closed.

These are not in the base channels, but in the optional channels.
