Description of problem:
Open bkr-loan-grant and bkr-loan-return's man page, check the example. it says:
bkr loan-grant --user jdoe system1.example.invalid 
There's no --user option for bkr-loan-grant

2.man bkr-loan-grant

Since this bug was filed as a result of QA verification of BZ#734212, I am closing it as a duplicate and setting that bug to ASSIGNED.

verified on beaker-devel(beaker-client-0.15.2-0.git.104.0e41fde.el6eng.noarch.rpm)-->pass

steps:
1.man bkr-loan-return
2.man bkr-loan-grant

Actual results:
same as expected results.
