Description eggman37 2000-03-28 18:13:33 UTC
the dhcp/bootp function on the netboot disk I made doesnt work
it simply gives up on trying to get ip information
I do not have to send a hostname with my dhcp reply...
I was able to upgrade my older 6.0 system to 6.1 using this same method
I have an adsl connection that uses dhcp

Comment 1 Elliot Lee 2001-07-19 00:31:31 UTC
Apologies for the unresponsiveness of the previous dhcp package maintainer...

Given the lack of details, impossibility of reproduction, and age of the bug, I
will close it.
