Description of problem:
We are trying to do this with the latest version of BRMS and BPM Suite (ER5). We are not having any luck trying to change the language in business-central by setting our locale in the browser to a language other than English. The auto-detect is not working.

The UI capabilities for picking a locale (BZ#1002303) has been deferred to the next release, if the browser based auto detection is broken, the user might not have an option to pick a locale other than english for business-central

You can specify the local by using a URL parameter: e.g. locale=fr_FR as a workaround.

Autodetection works for these locales:
es-es
de-de
fr-fr
zh-cn
pt-br

Filed BZ 1052107 for basic locales such as "es", "de", "fr", and so on.
