Description of problem:
I have a plan with 41 runs. When I first bring it up it displays the first 20 runs which is fine. If I change the items per page to 50 and click reload I get a message that no runs were found. If I enter a 1 and click reload it says there are 39 more pages. If I enter a 20 as was originally shown I get a single run with no additional pages to load.

verify on product with tcms 3.8.8--->pass
