Description of problem:
pulp-qpid-ssl-cfg doesn't suggest updating client configuration in /etc/qpid/qpidc.cfg

Actual results:
no update suggested for /etc/qpid/qpidc.cfg

Expected results:
appropriate update for /etc/qpid/qpidc.cfg suggested for all relevant broker clients

Pulp configures the client programatically so unless I'm missing something, this is not a bug for pulp.
