License agreement doesn't fill pane none

Description Matt Reid 2013-12-09 18:23:55 UTC
Description of problem:
While it's great that the gtk pane that holds the License Agreement stretches to match your screen resolution, the content in that pane doesn't appear to. On my system the License Agreement only filled about half the width of the box, resulting in a lot more scrolling. It would be awesome if the license text utilized the full width of the pane.
