Description of problem:
System hangs on graphics (X) shutdown or virtual console switch.
Must cycle power or hard reset.

Fresh install of Fedora 19 on ASUS Z87-Deluxe/Quad motherboard, Intel i7-4770k (w/ HD 4600 graphics), 32GB G.SKILL memory and Samsung 840 PRO SSD must be done using "basic graphics" mode.
All packages up to date.

Boot with gdm service (X) disabled works fine (can power down and switch virtual consoles).
Starting X (via /usr/bin/X, xinit, startx, gdm.service, ...) and attempting to switch to virtual console # (ctrl-alt-f#) causes system to hang.
Similarly, simply exiting X session will cause system to hang.
System is not responsive to ssh (it's a brick).
On next boot of system, neither Xorg.0.log(.old) nor journalctl gives a hint.

Adding old nVidia card and using nVidia's x11/kernel drivers works fine.

This is not a problem on Fedora 20 anaconda, kernel, xorg, ...

We apologize for the inconvenience.  There is a large number of bugs to go through and several of them have gone stale.  Due to this, we are doing a mass bug update across all of the Fedora 19 kernel bugs.

Fedora 19 has now been rebased to 3.13.5-100.fc19.  Please test this kernel update and let us know if you issue has been resolved or if it is still present with the newer kernel.

If you experience different issues, please open a new bug report for those.
