As libpinyin 1.0.0 is released, please rebase libpinyin for RHEL7.

New changes since libpinyin-0.9.93-2:
  * automake file cleanups
  * fixes compile warnings
  * rename class PinyinParser2 to PhoneticParser2
  * some changes to data files
