Description of problem: devtoolset-2-args4j-2.0.16-11.el6.src.rpm requires mvn-rpmbuild (from maven-local) to build, but this requirement is not specified in the spec file.

Eclipse rebuilds on RHEL6 are unsupported due to build environment complexity.
