can you please attach relevant engine.log and vdsm.log contains the change-cd info?

Comment 5 Omer Frenkel 2013-12-18 16:09:33 UTC
please view also Bug 1028956 where this issue was also seen on win2008 but not on win7

Comment 6 Vaclav Ehrlich 2013-12-19 18:14:50 UTC
Win7: After CD change in User Portal, with Ctrl+r in File explorer - name of CD was changed to actual one.
WinXP:After CD change in User Portal, with Ctrl+r in File explorer - name of CD was not changed to actual one.

The content of CD was update in both cases, but what remains unchanged in WinXP is the name of CD only. (It's right after reboot WinXP vehrVM)

Win2008:After CD change in User Portal - name of CD was changed to actual one.

In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1028956#c5 it says that Win7 is OK, but
"
On Winsows2008x64, after refresh the CD files were updated correctly, BUT the CD directory name remained the same, as the first CD inserted after eject !!!!
