This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle. Changing version to '22'. Currently, we still have version 1.2.12 in Rawhide. URL: http://ws.apache.org/axiom/download.cgi Consider updating. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle. Changing version to '23'.
