Description of problem: The following rpms cannot be rebuilt without devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-parent:

devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-command-0.12.0-7.el6.src.rpm
devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-runtime-0.10.0-8.el6.src.rpm
devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-shell-0.10.0-6.el6.src.rpm

Eclipse rebuilds on RHEL6 are unsupported due to build environment complexity.
