Description of problem:

If exception is raise in HSM storageRefresh thread, the thread dies silently, making debugging impossible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Raise exception in lvm.bootstrap

Actual results:
HSM thread dies silently.

Expected results:
Traceback in the log, showing the why the thread died.
