Description of problem:
When trying to install python-rhsm yum makes an error. 

Running rpm_check_debug
ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
python-rhsm is needed by (installed) subscription-manager-1.8.22-1.el5.x86_64

 You'll almost certainly find that there are preexisting problems in the rpmdb, try:

rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
