Description of problem:
You cannot view the security domain details of the chosen  security domain.

How reproducible: very


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a management user using add-user.sh
2. Log into the management console () using the credentials set up in step 1
3. Within the browser go to http://localhost:9990/console/App.html#security-domains
4. Select 'view' next to jboss-web-policy to view the policies contents

Actual results:
After step 4 you always see the jboss-ejb-policy details no matter what you select.

Expected results:
You should be able to see the details of the 'jboss-ejb-policy' or 'other' security domains if the view option is enabled. If this is not possible the 'view' option should not be enabled.
It shouldn't just jump to the details of the jboss-ejb-policy.
