Steps to Reproduce:
1. open classic portal on desktop, log in
2. change skin to "Default Style Skin"
3. open mobile portal on mobile device, log in
4. layout in mobile portal is broken - see attached screenshot

We don't have the capability in GateIn to specify per site skin. When you specify that you want the admin to use a certain skin, its for all sites. This is the same for the mobile site or any other site in the portal.
