Description of problem:

These use metadata we don't include in RHEL. Investigating Fedora leads to the conclusion they're vestigial there as well.

We can then drop the anaconda-yum-plugins package entirely.

Patch is included in anaconda-19.31.58-1. Verifying as SanityOnly.
