Description RHOS Integration 2013-12-11 16:44:39 UTC
Cloned from launchpad blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/backportable-db-migrations-icehouse.

Description:

Just as we did at the beginning of the Havana dev cycle, we need to reserve a range of DB migrations as the first DB change in Icehouse. This will allow a range to be used for migration backports to Havana if needed.
