Description of problem:
Starting rebalance from gluster cli , does not update icon in the volume activities column.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhsc-2.1.2-0.27.beta.el6_5.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a distribute volume and start it.
2. start rebalance from gluster CLI using the command "gluster vol rebalance <volName> start".
3.

Actual results:
1) Rebalance icon does not get updated in the volume activities column.
2) Tasks pane gets updated with the task.
3) An event message is generated in UI.

Expected results:
1) Rebalance icon should get updated in the volume activities column.
2) Tasks pane should gets updated with the task.
3) An event message should be generated.

Same happens for remove-brick as well.

verified as fixed in rhsc-cb12
