Description of problem:
I was trying to reproduce bug 1040962. After following the same steps I received this traceback instead.

Booted installation in VM guest on F19, using virt-manager option for network installation from a nearby mirror. After selecting language, main anaconda hub appears, then traceback dialog.

It's hard to tell since there's no traceback for some reason, but since it happened during setting package sacks I'm going to assume this is the same blacklist plugin problem from several other bugs, such as 1052784. The plugin no longer exists.
