Description:

New GroupEvenSpreadWeigher for nova scheduler allows user to spread VMs from definite group evenly between all accessible hosts. It helps to provide tolerance to the host failure. Unlike the already existing GroupAntiAffinityFilter, which exclude group hosts, GroupEvenSpreadWeigher will only recommend to use hosts with a minimum of VMs from group booted.
