Description:

Rootwrap is now out of the oslo-incubator and shipped into its own package (oslo.rootwrap). Nova needs to migrate from using its own copy (nova-rootwrap and nova.openstack.common.rootwrap) to using oslo-rootwrap and oslo.rootwrap.
