Description RHOS Integration 2013-12-12 13:48:51 UTC
Cloned from launchpad blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/disk-blkio-operations.

Description:

libvirt 0.9.9 has a new feature called blkiotune that specifies a weight to a VM. Based on the weight the Disk I/O controller schedules the blk io operations for the VM. This is one method of providing guaranteed disk io operations when multiple VM’s are running on the same physical host/hypervisor
