Description:

Powervm virt driver can use some improvements in terms of performance. This blueprint is a placeholder to make adequate changes in havana release. Here are some of the changes included:

- Better caching of glance images, including appropriate cleanup given a threshold.
- Better handling of wait for start logic in spawn
- Better comments in some of the private routines
- Better handling of delete when cinder volumes or virtual optical devices are attached
- Performance/stress test and benchmarking
