Description:

This blueprint adds an attribute to the details of a hypervisor.  The attribute is named location and identifies the location of the hypervisor in terms of a tree shaped arrangement of hardware.  The purpose is to support more detailed placement decisions that take constraints/preferences with respect to location.  These decisions might be made by a client or inside the nova scheduler.
