Description of problem:

In the course of granting a bundled library exception for the hash implementation from bob jenkins it was discovered that the bundled code is also present in libmemcached.

FPC has granted a bundled library exception for the code so all you have to do is add the virtual provide so we can know what packages are affected if a security issue should hit that section of code.

The virtual Provide is bundled(bobjenkins-hash).
