Cloned from launchpad blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/swift/+spec/data-deduplication.

Description:

data deduplication for swift
As everybody knows that Swift will default redundant object 3 times.
Once I upload a file, and then I rename the file to re-upload again, the object servers will create another object 3 times.
This is not only a waste of storage space, and a waste of bandwidth.
