Description:

Add a cinder volume driver for the HP MSA 2040 SAN. Only FC drivers will be
provided.

The driver will support all required minimum features for IceHouse, using the
HTTP(S) API of the device:

 - Volume creation/deletion
 - Volume attach/detach
 - Snapshot Create/Delete
 - Create Volume from Snapshot
 - Get Volume Stats
 - Copy Image to Volume/Volume to Image
 - Clone Volume
 - Extend Volume
