Description:

Rootwrap is now out of the oslo-incubator and shipped into its own package (oslo.rootwrap). Cinder needs to migrate from using its own copy (cinder-rootwrap and cinder.openstack.common.rootwrap) to using oslo-rootwrap and oslo.rootwrap.
