Description:

Oslo.messaging library is the evolution of the oslo-incubator RPC code into a stable API. This blueprint tracks the porting work of oslo.messaging. The only user visible change should be that oslo.messaging is a new dependency.

A similar blueprint of Nova has been planned into H-3: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/oslo.messaging

Note: There was a bug to track porting the oslo notifier (https://bugs.launchpad.net/glance/+bug/1020749) and patch had been submitted. But it would be deprecated given the oslo.messaging is coming.
