Description:

Proposal to add Identity Providers as a service type in the Keystone service catalog. Identity Providers are a service and as such should be applicable to be added to the existing Keystone service catalog, we propose that this should be accomplished by adding a subtyping system to the service type parameter, and using the extra data blob to hold certificate / entity information.
