Cloned from launchpad blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/keystone/+spec/ec2-keypairs-from-tokens.

Description:

The Keystone EC2 key pairs API is designed to be user-centric. But when working with trusts, the trustee will use a trust token to act on behalf of a trustor. Allowing EC2 key pairs to be generated from a token will make these available through trusts.

See Spec URL for details; discussion welcome.
