Description:

There are multiple places where it is highly desirable to allow users to upload large files, multiple files, etc., and that in all cases those files are then sent to some other service.

We need a coherent reusable solution that will enable these features, be easily configured for the particular service backend, and solve this problem once-and-for-all.
