Description:

It would be nice to provide a small redesign for VPNaaS UI.  We could consider IPSecConnection as a subresource of VPNService, so it would be logical to remove the separate IPSecConnection tab and display IPSecConnection at the detail page of VPNService.

Also we need to improve test coverage for VPNaaS screens.
