Description:

We currently hard-code the haproxy config to round-robin, but some users may want to configure stickiness policies which we don't currently implement in the LoadBalancer resource properties (LBCookieStickinessPolicy and AppCookieStickinessPolicy)

Investigation required to decide if we add this to our internal LB implementation or wait until we move to using LBaaS intead of our nested-stack LoadBalancer resource.
