This enhancement adds support for address pairs in Networking ports. Prior to this update, only a single address could be added to a Networking port. As a result, multiple addresses can now be added to a Networking port.

There is an implemented blueprint in Neutron
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/neutron/+spec/allowed-address-pairs
that adds ability to specify additional mac/ip address pairs in Neutron's ports. This functionality is yet missing in corresponding OS::Neutron::Port resource
