Additional virt-install and upstream koan command line options

Implement following options that could be passed to virt-install into koan
--os-type=
--os-variant=
--cpu=
--noreboot
--wait=
Add upstream koan options (http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/koan-2.4.0-1.el6.noarch.rpm)
--qemu-disk-type
--qemu-net-type
4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer needs to deploy a paravirtualized KVM (paravirtualized drivers such as virtio) directly from the satellite using koan.
5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
Make following options available:
--os-type=
--os-variant=
--cpu=
--noreboot
--wait=
--qemu-disk-type
--qemu-net-type
6. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
Following parameters should be passed to virt-install
--os-type=
--os-variant=

--wait=
Following parameters should behave the same as the upstream implementation.
