Description:

In Havana, vArmour firewall's openstack integration is implemented as a L3 agent and fwaas driver. In order to better support service type framework, we plan to rework the implementation as a neutron plugin. This blueprint is to address that effort.

At this point we see no reason to keep track of this in Red Hat bugzilla, thus closing it.
