Description:

The intent of this blueprint is to allow binding of dnsmasq in the qrouter- namespace to qr- interface for RA to support SLAAC mode IPv6 IP address generation by the VMs. Moreover, the RA will allow the VM to learn its default route. It will utilize the modes provided by neutronclient-support-dnsmasq-mode-keyword blueprint
