Description Brian Brock 2013-12-12 23:19:45 UTC
Description of problem:
fv_* tests fail due to timeout on 7 (not 6.5)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
hwcert-client-1.7.0-20131210.el7
RHEL-7.0-20131127.1 server

How reproducible:
every time tested on 7.0, but does not appear on the same hardware with 6.5.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a bare metal system that supports kvm
2. hwcert-backend run -t fv_core -t fv_memory -t network -t fv_storage

Actual results:
All 4 tests fail (after the duration of the timeout passes) with this printed to the console:

FV Guest started ...
fv_core test is running, it takes some time(less than 60 minutes), please be patient ...
You may use "virsh console hwcert-x86_64" to monitor the testing progress
time out: destroying the guest.
Domain hwcert-x86_64 destroyed

Expected results:
all fv_* tests pass reliably on systems that support it.
